Vincent Enyeama extends Lille stay


Vincent Enyeama's superlative form this season has earned has earned him a new deal with Lille OSC.

The Super Eagles stand-in captain has signed a new deal with Lille which will keep him at the club until the summer of 2017.

The 31-year-old has been in great form since being installed as the Club's first choice goalkeeper by Rene Girard at the strt of the season, despite spending last season on loan at Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Enyeama is currently on a streak that has seen him keep a clean sheet in his last eleven matches.

The former Enyimba and Akwa Starlets goalkeeper, who has not conceded any goal in a total of fourteen games this season, has expressed his delight at extending his stay at the club.

“I am really happy to be part of this team and very happy to have signed this contract extension," Enyeama told the clubs official website.
