Nigeria pick Sao Paulo for Super Eagles camp

Nigeria have picked Sao Paulo as the base for the Super Eagles, KickOffNigeria can exclusively reveal.

NFF officials are however yet to decide on a specific camp site, but have whittled their choice down to just two with a decision expected to be made in the next couple of days.

São Paulo is the biggest city in Brazil and among the most populous in the world, with 11 million inhabitants, just a few million shy of Nigeria's commercial capital Lagos.

Like Lagos, São Paulo is a also Brazil's most ethnically diverse city, hosting an estimated 100 different ethnic groups, most of them immigrants.

Additionally, the city is an international flight hub! with most flights from Africa landing first there, which would make travel a lot easier for the throng of fans expected to flood Brazil from Nigeria.
